Community Council Micro-Grant Fund – Open for Applications

As part of the monies received from the Todhill Windfarm, the Community Council has been awarded £1,500 per annum to operate a micro-grant scheme through the Todhill (Larbert, Stenhousemuir & Torwood) Community Fund.

Through the Micro-Grant Fund, individuals and un-constituted groups can apply for up to £250.

Applications for micro-grants can be made at any time during the year while funds remain available. Decisions on funding will be made at monthly Community Council meetings and will be final.

In order for applications to be considered at a monthly meeting, a fully completed application form must be submitted no less than 10 days before the meeting. Forthcoming deadlines for submission for the next 2 Community Council meetings are as follows:

  • Friday 20th May 2016 (to be considered on Monday 30th May)
  • Friday 17th June 2016 (to be considered on Monday 27th June)

Applications must be for projects or activities which will benefit local residents in Larbert, Stenhousemuir or Torwood and meet one or more of themes which emerged from the Larbert, Stenhousemuir and Torwood Community Plan. The Community Plan can be viewed at: LST Community Plan

Hard copies of the rules and application forms will also be available in the Library and One Stop Shop in Stenhousemuir.
