Falkirk Council came along to our Community Council meeting on Monday 28th April 2014 to update us on the forthcoming changes to waste collection – notably the 3-weekly collection of the green bins.

More information will be sent out by Falkirk Council in a pack to households soon including a booklet, calendar and recycling wheel. Three-weekly collection of the green bins is likely to commence in some streets at the end of May 2014.
Falkirk Council is happy to meet with anyone to discuss ongoing concerns and are continuing to operate their roadshow events. As well as others around the district, the May events in our area are:

•Thursday 8th May – 2pm-7pm: ASDA, Stenhousemuir
•Wednesday 14th May – 9am-1pm: Dobbie Hall Market
